Ashop team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

Legal Age
The legal age to make a purchase on Ashop is 21. Persons who are under the legal age are restricted to make purchases on this website.

Accepting Orders
Any order placed by Customer shall be binding on Ashop only upon acceptance and further confirmation, to be sent to Customer through an e-mail message. Ashop reserves the right to refuse any order, or decide whether or not to totally or partially accept any modifications to the order requested by the Customer, before shipment of the package/s.

Shipments & Delivery Time
Orders will be packed within 2-7 business days. The packages sent by Registered Airmail arrive at the destination in about 3-4 weeks from the moment of dispatching. Delays may occur though, from 1 to 3 weeks due to the customs, during the holiday periods, or due to bad weather conditions.

Out of stock products
If any of the ordered products went out of stock or is not available, Ashop shall not be bound by any obligation to deliver. In such a case, Ashop will contact the Customer and change the missing product with other items on Customer request.

Seized Pakage
In the highly unlikely event that a package is seized by customs, the Customer must contact Ashop, attaching a quality picture of the seizure letter and envelope.

No resend policy
Ashop does NOT HAVE A RESEND POLICY for these countries: CANADA, SOUTH KOREA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE, RUSSIA, SAUDI ARABIA, AFRICA countries, DUBAI, CHILE, ISRAEL, BRAZIL. Also, the packages that were intentionally not picked up by the Customer will not be resent.

No refund policy
Due to security reasons, Ashop does not offer refunds.

Custom Fees
Shipment and delivery costs shall be charged on the Customer at the time of shipping the order, according to the delivery fees in force at that time. We ask customers to consult the local customs laws for duties, restrictions, and regulations.

Non-disclosure
Ashop respects customer privacy. These conditions are governed by and construed exclusively under the laws of European Union without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

The legality of the Terms and Conditions
Should one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions be void, voidable, illegal or ineffective, this shall not give rise to total ineffectiveness of the Terms and Conditions. Said ineffective provision(s) shall be replaced with another(other) valid regulation(s), by taking into account the intention and contents of the same, to the extent and in the sense as permitted under the applicable laws.
