How do I order ?
The AShop ordering process has been streamlined and refined to bring you the most convenient service available anywhere. All available products are clearly displayed in the CATEGORIES section of the site. To purchase them, you simply add the item(s) you wish to order by clicking on Add to cart. You can easily add as many of the same item you want or purchase different items by repeating the process with different products. Here you can find a complete instruction regarding online ordering on Ashop.
How do I calculate the total for my order(s) ?
Again, in order to make it easier for the customer, our online service and shop will automatically calculate your total, as well as how many packages your order will require for discrete shipping. Once you have completed your online order, simply click on the checkout button.
What do I do once I have clicked on the items I want to order ?
Once you have decided on your purchase and clicked on the items, it is strongly suggested that you review your cart’s content for accuracy. There are no flaws with our online ordering software, and never have been, but however, you could easily have thought you clicked on something and it didn’t actually register, or perhaps we are out of stock and you didn’t notice, or something similar could happen. Nobody is perfect, and just as we double and triple check every parcel we send out, we ask you kindly to double check your order too.
What types of shipping are available ?
We ship via Registered Airmail with tracking. It is highly recommended to read here about the shipping method, as well as the success rates, to be sure you are receiving the most suitable service for you and your needs. Note: At the moment, EXPRESS shipping is available only for certain brands.
How much will I pay for shipping ?
Every time you update your order, the shipping charges will be recalculated for you automatically. Nothing could be simpler! There are no hidden costs, and you will know what you are paying before you checkout.
What do I do after I update my order ?
Every time you update your order, you’ll notice that shipping charges have been added to it. After that, you simply hit the Proceed to checkout button.
How do I view my order ?
You view your order by clicking on MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS on top of the page, right side.
How do I select a Payment method ?
You will be able to select a payment method after clicking on CHECKOUT button. Pay close attention to the detail of the names and account numbers in order to prevent a delay or mistake in your order.
How do I order ?
Choose the products you want to order from the shop (by clicking on Add to Cart). After adding all needed products in your shopping cart , go to Basket and in the page that opens you will be able to see all the ordered products and will be able to ADD/EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS, view the SHIPPING METHOD, enter a PROMO CODE. Once you finished, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button and you will be redirected to a page where you will be able to choose your PAYMENT METHOD.
How do I use the payment method ?
After you get your total for the order as well as the transfer information, you need to transfer funds. For this you will need -First Name and Last Name, City and Country. Simply take this information to your local payment office, or login to their website to do it online. After funds are transferred, Log back into your account and complete the payment info. For more info, read this. You can also use the Crypto Payment Method, which is recommended.
NOTE: You must pay and complete your order within 7 days, otherwise it will be deleted automatically.
Whom do I send funds to ?
AShop will provide you an EXACT name (First Name and Last Name) to transfer funds to. Also remember to choose sending the payment in the same currency used when placing the order (USD or EUR). If you use Crypto Payment, then you will just have to transfer the funds to the address we offer you.
What do I do after I have transferred funds ?
After you sent the money and got the reference number/MTCN (money control number), please log-in to your account on ASHOP and click on MY ACCOUNT menu, on top of the page, right corner. Then click MY ORDERS and select the needed order by clicking READ MORE. You will be redirected to a page where will be displayed a full information regarding the order and you just need to click PAY ORDER. You will be redirected to a page where you have to choose on the system you used to make the transfer, then click on FINALIZE TRANSACTION button. Just complete the required info and hit MAKE PAYMENT button. You have now succesfully placed and paid an order on Ashop.
How can I contact AShop ?

When does AShop ship products ?
Typically, we ship within 7 working days from the moment the payment was received, but it could take a little bit longer for big orders or if the ordered products are out of stock.
When will my products arrive ?
After we ship the products, please allow 30 working days for arrival (don’t count weekends). Of course, it can arrive faster, this being the maximum time frame. We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion and are prepared with the utmost care and precaution.
When are airmail packages typically delivered ?
Usually 60% of airmail packages arrive in less than 12 days, while 20-30% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and there are left the ones that will show up in around 30 working days.
What happens if an order does not arrive or is seized ?
If an order fails to arrive, we will resend 100 %( full orders) (except the no resend countries policy) , and we can ship to P.O. boxes or home addresses without any problem.
The packages that are sent back because the client didn’t pick them up are lost because the return address is fake, we will not receive them back so we simply can’t resend them.
Does registered airmail with tracking require a signature ?
Registered airmail with tracking REQUIRES a signature, but is much faster then other types of shipping and we have had great success with it in the past.
Should I use my home address or a P.O.Box ?
Our recommendation is to use home address because PO BOXes can get more attention than home addresses. If you don’t have a clean home address, you can rent a PERSONAL MAIL BOX (PMB) because the address on the letter will look like a home address or you can also rent a PO BOX. UPS POBOX placed that sign in your place are best.
How big should my P.O. Box be ?
If you get a large box, you’ll be able to collect your packages at night, after hours, when the rest of the P.O. Box Store (MBE, the UPS store, etc…) is closed. This, of course, is the safest way to go about things. Failling that, when you have a box that is too small for the package you ordered, typically the store will call you to alert you about the presence of a package, and then put a claim slip in the box. You can not, therefore, use a small box like that for after-hours pick-ups.
Have people had success using the sending countries mail tracking number for parcels ?
Yes. Typically, the tracking number is very easy to trace for the customer, through the sending country and into their own.
At what point should I be concerned if my order hasn’t arrived yet ?
Please allow at least 30 working days (don’t count weekends) from the moment the package was sent, before you inquire about a late order.
What is the MINIMUM ORDER amount ?
The minimum order is 100$+ shipping costs when using an agency for money transfer and there is no minimum order when paying with Cryptocurrencies.
What if there is a delivery delay ?
Generally, we can find out where a given parcel is by its order number. Keep in mind local, national and/or state holidays can make mail delivery slow during certain times of year (i.e. Christmas, etc…).
What happens if my package is seized ?
Even though everything is shipped with maximum discretion and it is for personal use, and there is a very high rate of successful deliveries (97 %+), there is a possibility of risk with any international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Since the success rate is over 97%, deliveries are guaranteed. However, in the highly unlikely event that your package is seized by customs, we will reship 100% of the orders, but only when the customer will provide us the original seizure letter in the original envelope it came in. Please contact us for changes or amendments to this policy, if you are concerned further.
What happens if i don’t pick up the package?
The packages that are sent back are lost, we’ll not receive them back, so can’t resend them. Please pick up the package in time, before it’s returned.
What happens in the case the items are damaged in transit/shipping? (or other shipping related issues)
If you received your package and you find damaged items or different or less items than you ordered, please take some pictures of the products and package and send them via e-mail to support@ash0p.in. We replace only packages that look real before you opened and removing from original package. Once you have unwrapped everything, pictures aren’t going to be considered, so please provide as much documentation as possible to be sure we can reship and prevent the same problems from occuring again.
I know there used to be (Product Name) for sale by AShop. Now I don’t see it on the list. What happened ?
It is OUT OF STOCK or it is not produced anymore.
When will I receive the tracking number and when it will be functional ?
The tracking number will be in the system as soon as the package was shipped and it could take up to 7 days before it will be functional and you’ll be able to track your order.
